I’m new to blogging, but I thought it might be a good way to get some thoughts out of my head and into the world. It will definitely help me and maybe it will help someone else along the way. I plan on talking about depression as it pertains to me in my daily life including thoughts or feelings about it or from it. I understand the topic isn’t the most upbeat, but talking about mental illness helps get rid of the stigma that comes with it. I welcome any and all readers and am open to questions as well.
